All Zupia subscriptions are managed securely through your parent portal on our website. Simply log in at zupia.app to update your plan, change payment methods, or review your billing history.

How do I delete my account and data?

Yes, you can permanently delete your account and all associated household data at any time by logging into your Account Settings.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request full account and data deletion by filling out the Contact Support form above, or by emailing us directly at support@zupia.app with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.
